8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for added spice)
1 pound lump crab meat, picked over for shells
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the lump crab meat, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the dip is heated through.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
