6 large eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Hard boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Plunge the eggs into ice water to cool them quickly. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until well combined. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle the eggs with paprika.
