Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
1 (20 ounce) package shredded hash browns, thawed
1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sausage, onion, bell pepper, and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over top.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until eggs are set and cheese is melted and bubbly.
