Instant Pot Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup white rice
1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
Directions
In the Instant Pot, heat the olive oil over Sauté mode.
Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the rice and chicken broth.
Close the lid and seal the valve. Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
