Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sweetener
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, egg, baking powder, sweetener, and salt.
Add the water and whisk until just combined.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Add a small amount of butter or oil to the skillet.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, or fruit.
